Seminars on emergency lighting and workplace lighting

Preview of the evolution of standards and technical solutions for professionals.  A series of meetings organized in collaboration with CEI.

Emergency lighting is a key element in the safety and evacuation of a building. The EN 1838 standard sets out the requirements for lighting design, while the twin EN 50172 defines the criteria for the design, maintenance and verification of emergency lighting systems.
Both standards have been updated to take into account the technological evolution of products and systems and are about to be published by UNI for EN 1838 and CEI for EN 50172.

The UNI EN 12464-1 standard defines the levels of illumination, uniformity and maximum degree of glare required for different visual tasks in workplaces, including those involving the use of video terminals.
Ordinary lighting systems increasingly integrate automatic light control technologies (smart lighting) to adapt to illuminance requirements, while ensuring maximum comfort for occupants and pursuing maximum energy savings, In line with the PNRR objectives and policies for ecological transition.

In collaboration with CEI, we have organized a series of free meetings to get an insight into the upcoming publication of updates on emergency lighting systems and correct lighting at workplaces.
