General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general conditions govern the formation and execution of sales contracts concluded through the website beghelli.it (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
The method by which such contracts are concluded qualifies them as Distance Contracts, pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Section II of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Code"), to whose rules reference is made, unless otherwise specified, clarified, or supplemented herein.

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the following mandatory information is provided:

1. Identity of the Professional
The supplier of the goods and, therefore, the “professional” under the applicable regulation is Beghelli S.p.A Single Member Company (hereinafter, the “Controller”, “Company”, "Beghelli S.p.A." or “Beghelli”), with registered office in Valsamoggia (BO), Monteveglio, Via Mozzeghine No. 13/15, VAT No. 00666341201

2. Essential Characteristics of the Goods
Each product is clearly identified and, where necessary, its features and functionalities are described in the respective product description pages published on the Website.

3. Product Price
Likewise, the price of each product is stated in its corresponding product description page.

4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are included in the product price and fixed at a flat rate of €9.00 (VAT included) per order, if the total order amount (including VAT) does not exceed €50.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €50.00.

5. Payment Methods
Currently accepted payment methods include credit cards and PayPal:

• Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The customer enters their card details directly on the bank's secure site, which guarantees maximum security and confidentiality of the transaction. The card is charged when the order is confirmed, and Beghelli S.p.A. guarantees shipment of the goods within 30 days from the order payment date.
• PayPal: Once selected, the customer is redirected to the PayPal site, where they can log in using their email address and password. The amount is charged directly to the linked credit card or prepaid card. PayPal protects the buyer's financial information as no such data is shared. A confirmation email is sent for each PayPal transaction. The charge is made upon order confirmation, and Beghelli S.p.A. guarantees shipment within 30 days from the order closure and payment date.

The invoice will be issued once payment is received and the goods are shipped. The invoice will be sent in paper format via postal mail, and in electronic format via email, upon request.

6. Product Delivery

Products are delivered to the recipient at the address specified in the order form, via a courier appointed by Beghelli S.p.A. Upon dispatch, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays and the period from August 8 to August 23.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available at the address indicated in the order.

If the recipient is not available at the specified address, the courier will leave a note with instructions to schedule a new delivery.
If the customer fails to contact the courier within five business days, the goods will be returned to Beghelli S.p.A. In this case, the sales contract will be deemed terminated due to the customer's fault, and Beghelli S.p.A. will refund the amount paid, deducting the costs incurred for storage and return of the goods, without penalties or surcharges.

The contract cancellation and refund amount will be confirmed by email.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. If the package shows signs of tampering or damage, the customer must either refuse delivery or, if accepted, describe the defect on the delivery document and promptly notify Beghelli Customer Service at shoponline@beghelli.it.

7. Right of Withdrawal
According to Articles 64 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer (an individual purchasing goods for non-professional purposes without indicating a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, under the following conditions:

To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear notice of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
This notice may be sent via registered mail with return receipt, or via telegram, telex, email, or fax, provided that it is followed by a registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

To avoid forfeiture of the right, the customer must also return the goods within the same timeframe to the same address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The returned product must be substantially intact. Returns of products without original packaging or seal (if present) will not be accepted.

If the withdrawal is valid (timely notice, product integrity), Beghelli S.p.A. will refund the full amount paid, without additional charges, to the original payment method.

8. Warranty
eghelli S.p.A. guarantees that the products sold via the Website are free from defects, in accordance with Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code for consumer clients, and Articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code for professional or business clients.
The warranty period is two years for consumers and one year for other clients, starting from the invoice date.

To use the warranty, the customer must write to garanzia.beghelli@beghelli.it, describing the defect and providing the purchase date and a copy of the invoice.

If the request meets the formal requirements, Beghelli S.p.A. will provide return instructions. Returns must be made using only the designated courier and will be free of charge.

Upon receiving the product, Beghelli S.p.A. will verify the purchase date and inspect the defect. If confirmed, the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
If not confirmed, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and will only receive the product back after paying those charges via COD.

Exclusions: normal wear and tear of items such as plastic or glass bottles, filters, CO₂ refills, etc. The warranty is void if non-original parts are used, or if the product is used improperly or installed incorrectly.

9. Duration of Offer and Price Validity
Products listed on the Website are assumed to be in stock and are sold at the price shown on the Website at the time of order.
Any price changes after the order is placed will not affect the customer.

In the rare event that one or more products are unavailable, Beghelli S.p.A. will cancel the order and promptly refund the amount paid, using the original or another suitable method of payment.

10. Validity and Amendments to the General Conditions of Sale
Beghelli S.p.A. reserves the right to make changes or additions to these General Terms and Conditions.
Such changes will not apply to contracts already concluded or in progress.
