Digital accessibility: the web must be an inclusive place for our customers.

Our users are important to us, and we welcome them through an ever-evolving accessibility journey.

“Accessibility” represents a fundamental value to be applied across all areas in which we operate. Designing spaces and providing technologies and tools that can be used by everyone without barriers are just some of the steps toward inclusivity. In fact, everyone may have different needs, and we are committed to finding concrete solutions that can improve the experience of using our products and services.

A social responsibility and a way to include everyone.

For us, the web must be a place accessible to everyone, with or without disabilities—be they cognitive, motor, or sensory. We are therefore committed to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, adhering to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

How can we do it?

Throughout our journey, we have improved contrast and enhanced content readability, with special attention to using clear and easily understandable language. To simplify navigation, we introduced a "skip blocks" feature, allowing users to quickly reach the main content using the keyboard. The layout and content distribution are intuitive, and buttons are highly visible and easy to use. Additionally, we implemented support for screen readers and voice assistants to make navigation easier for users with visual impairments. Of course, this is not the destination, but the beginning of a virtuous path that brings us closer to an increasingly diverse audience.
