How to make a return

Every customer enjoys the right of withdrawal without incurring any penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products. However, it is not possible to exchange the product for another one.

By notifying us that you wish to return a product, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged, including delivery charges (except for additional charges applied if you have chosen delivery methods other than the cheapest proposed standard delivery type), no later than 10 days from the date you notified us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We may still withhold your refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction.

In some special periods, such as during vacation periods, we may, without any obligation, extend the withdrawal period. In such cases we will clearly communicate this on our site applying the same conditions as above, except that the 30-day period will be replaced by the extended period indicated.
