SERVICE DESCRIPTION (24-hour health care, + Telecompany and monthly testing)
The Service allows you to associate a Beghelli telehealth device (see compatibility table at the bottom of the page*) with the Telecompany Service and monthly testing**.
With this activation, as specified in the general terms and conditions of the contract, a specialized operator of the Salvalavita Center will handle 24 hours a day the emergency calls sent through the Beghelli device, verifying the emergency situation through telephone contact and, if necessary, alerting the public health service. 
If a device with a geolocation function is associated, the Salvalavita Center operator will be able to pinpoint the location of the device and will be able to provide this data, along with other information already in its possession (personal and health data of the client), to the public health service, which will be able to intervene more quickly and accurately.
Once the emergency has been managed, the operator will contact the contact persons whom you will have indicated when activating the service (following the purchase phase), to inform them about the request received and its management. The service can be enabled only on Salvalavita Beghelli devices already in the customer's possession or purchased at the same time on the online store.
 
**Monthly Telecompanionship and Testing service consists of a monthly telephone call to the Client or beneficiary (if different from the client), by the Salvalavita Center aimed at a "telephone companionship" and to capture any needs of the Client. During the call, a test of the proper functioning and use of the device and the Teleservice is also conducted.
 
ACTIVATION PROCEDURE
After you make your purchase on this store, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and then be contacted by an operator of the Salvalavita Center to formalize the contract, indicate the beneficiary (if different from the purchaser), contact information and the device to be associated with the service. For speed, it is preferable to enter a telephone number directly on your account on the site.
 
DURATION OF THE TELEHEALTH SERVICE 
The service has a duration of 12 MONTHS, not tacitly renewable, with effect from the day on which, following the conclusion of the purchase phase on this store, Beghelli Servizi, following express request, will receive by email any data necessary for the activation of the Service.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 49 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without any penalty and without the need to state the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the signing of this contract, by sending, within that period, a written notice by registered letter with return receipt to Beghelli Servizi S.r.l., Viale della Costituzione, 3/2 CAP 40053 Valsamoggia Loc. Monteveglio Prov BO. The communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by fax to 051.9660461 - 051.9666223, e-mail callcenter@beghelli.it or PEC beghelliservizisrl@legalmail.it
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Beghelli Services will refund the payment made to it without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer when placing the order unless the Customer has expressly requested a different method. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.
In the event that the activation of the service had taken place during the withdrawal period, the Customer will be required to pay an amount proportional to the service provided up to the time of the notice of withdrawal by the customer with respect to the total service provided in the contract.
